Roof redevelopment for 1260 avenue of the americas

Roof development uplifts the property value by providing public space, including the creation of a new bridge from the roof to the building at 1270 Avenue of the Americas, enclosure of an existing courtyard at the northeastern corner of the roof, creation of a new stair within the building at 50 Rockefeller Plaza, Modifications to enlarge an existing stair at the northeastern corner of the building at 1260 Avenue of the Americas. Great Team Efforts are a key to success.
